How do I download / access HISTORY Vault?

HISTORY Vault is currently available to watch on your computer at historyvault.com, on Apple devices (including iPhone, iPad & Apple TV), on Android devices, on Amazon Fire TV devices, and on Roku. You can also broadcast movies to your TV using the Chrome web browser or the latest versions of our Android and iOS apps via your Chromecast.

Desktop/computers:

  1. Go to historyvault.com
  2. Either select Start Your Free Trial or Sign In to get started

Apple devices:

  1. Go to the Apple App store and search for "HISTORY Vault"
  2. Tap the "Get" button to download the app
  3. Go to your home screen and launch the app to get started

Apple TV (4th generation or newer):

  1. Go to the Apple App store  and search for "HISTORY Vault"
  2. Select "Get" to download the app
  3. Either click "Open" or go to your home screen and launch the app to get started

Roku:

  1. Go to the Roku Channel Store and search for "HISTORY Vault"
  2. Select "HISTORY Vault" in the list of search results
  3. You’ll be brought to the Channel Detail View screen
  4. Select "Add Channel" to install the channel on your Roku and ensure it will show up on your Home screen
  5. **You will need to have the email address and Roku pin number associated with your Roku account ready

 Android devices:

  1. Go to the Google Play store and search for "HISTORY Vault"
  2. Tap the "Install" button to download the app
  3. Go to your home screen and launch the downloaded app to get started

Amazon Fire TV devices:

  1. Go to the home screen on your Amazon Fire TV device
  2. Choose the search icon and search for “HISTORY Vault”
  3. Select ‘Get’ to download the app and return to your home screen to launch it
